Pilots complete Airbus Helicopters training. Silk Sky publishes a minimum of 2,000 flight hours for each pilot.
Emergency flotation equipment is installed and life vests are available to every guest on over-water flights.
Accurate names, ages, weights, baggage details and any relevant health conditions are requested when booking for the manifest and weight-and-balance planning.
Every guest must attend the pre-flight briefing, wear required restraints and follow crew instructions.
Wear normal tropical-weather clothing and secure loose articles. Hats and other loose items must not be worn around the helicopter.
Only plastic bottled water is permitted; food is not. Declare drones and special equipment before travel.
Weather, air traffic and safe operating limits may change timing, routing, seating or the ability to depart. The pilot has final authority.
