01
Definitions and agreement
Silk Sky Air is the Company; the licensed Aviation Partner operates the aircraft and retains technical and pilot authority. The passenger includes every guest on the confirmation. Completing a booking forms the agreement, and the booking party must provide accurate personal and contact information.
02
Flight operations and weather
Pilots and Operations Control have final authority to commence, delay, divert or terminate a flight. Weather, visibility, wind, government action and other force-majeure conditions can change an operation. Aircraft, operator branding, routing, seating and timing may be substituted. Weather is assessed 48 and 24 hours before departure, with a final check 2–3 hours before flight.
03
Weather remedies
A weather, safety or force-majeure cancellation can be rescheduled free of charge, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not feasible, a full refund is issued to the original payment method, less applicable bank or transaction fees.
04
Guest cancellation

05
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free with 24 hours’ notice or more. Requests made with at least 3 but less than 24 hours’ notice carry a fee of 25% of the total fare, and requests made less than 3 hours before departure are treated as cancellations. A rescheduled flight must take place within 30 days of the original flight date and is subject to aircraft availability. Weather and force-majeure reschedules are always free.
06
Health and children
Guests must be medically fit and must declare any relevant health condition when booking. Guests who are pregnant or have recent surgery, heart conditions or vertigo should consult a physician; pregnant guests must present a fitness-to-fly medical certificate. From 2 years old, a child takes a seat and pays the full fare. An infant under 2 sits on a parent's lap, and the parent signs an indemnity form. Children under 12 must travel with an adult.
07
Baggage
Each guest may bring one small soft-sided bag, no larger than 56 × 36 × 23 cm. The aircraft carries about 555 kg of passengers and bags together, so each passenger’s weight is requested when booking; where a weight is not given, the CAAT standard weights apply: 96 kg for a man, 78 kg for a woman and 35 kg for a child. Oversize or special items require written approval at least 48 hours before departure and may incur a fee or require a cargo flight.
08
Dangerous goods
Explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids, corrosives, weapons, sharp objects and powerful transmitters are prohibited unless specifically authorised. Lithium batteries are limited to 100Wh, or 160Wh with prior approval; protected spares travel in cabin baggage. Drones must be declared when booking. One person from each booking group must sign the Dangerous Goods Form.
09
Conduct and boarding
Every guest must attend the safety briefing, follow crew instructions, wear required restraints and approach or leave the helicopter only under staff direction. Impaired, abusive or unsafe guests can be denied boarding without refund or alternate transport.
10
Ground transport and arrival
Ground transfers may be included or sold separately and may be shared or private. Guests must be at the designated pickup or helipad check-in point at least 20 minutes before the confirmed check-in time.
11
Contracting entity and notices
A booking is made with Silk Sky Air, the aviation brand of Andaman Aerodrome Co. Ltd., registered in Phuket, Kingdom of Thailand with its registered office at 177/27 Moo 4, Srisoonthorn Sub-district, Thalang District, Phuket 83110. Flights are performed by the licensed Aviation Partner, Advance Aviation. Legal notices take effect when sent in writing to info@silkskyair.com and to the registered office above. Company registration details are available in writing on request from the concierge.
12
Governing law and disputes
This agreement, and any dispute or claim arising from a booking, is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Guests are asked to raise a complaint with the concierge first so it can be resolved directly; a dispute that remains unresolved is subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. Nothing in these conditions removes a right that Thai consumer-protection law gives a guest.
13
Limitation of liability
Except where liability cannot be limited by law, the Company's total liability for any claim connected with a booking is limited to the fare paid for that booking. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed onward flights, transport, accommodation or events, where a flight is delayed, rerouted, rescheduled or cancelled for weather, air-traffic, technical or safety reasons. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else Thai law does not permit to be limited.
14
Insurance and operator approvals
The aircraft is operated by Advance Aviation, which holds the air-operator approvals and the passenger and third-party liability insurance required of Thai commercial air operators. Carriage is subject to the operator's conditions and to the applicable liability limits of Thai aviation law. Certificates of insurance and operating approvals can be inspected on request before departure.
15
Communications and promotional push notifications
We use your contact details for account and booking communications. Accepting these terms does not subscribe you to promotional push notifications. Flight deals and offers by push require a separate optional choice in the app and device notification permission. You can turn promotional or booking-related pushes off in Account at any time. Push messages may appear on your lock screen. Email marketing preferences are separate.
16
Fares, departure times and offers
Shared fares are per seat; private fares are one price for the whole aircraft, for 1 to 6 passengers. All fares are in Thai baht and already include the fuel surcharge and 7% VAT; no tax or surcharge is added at checkout. Scheduled tours currently depart every day at 10:00, 11:30, 14:30 and 16:00, and any tour can be booked at each time. Flights operate only between 06:00 and 18:00, with at least 30 minutes between flights for refuelling and checks. Silk Sky Air flies one aircraft, so a time booked for one tour is closed to every other tour; remaining seats on a shared departure may still be purchased. Bookings close 24 hours before departure, weekends included. Discounts have the departure, passenger-count, eligibility and expiry conditions shown with each offer, and are checked again at checkout.
17
Optional departure guarantee
When offered, one customer may voluntarily pay the displayed fee before the displayed deadline to guarantee an underfilled departure against cancellation for low passenger numbers. The fee buys no additional seats and is separate from the flight fare. No fee is charged automatically. A guarantee takes effect only after successful payment. Weather, safety and other operator cancellations remain possible; an operator cancellation refunds the full guarantee fee to the original payment method. Your flight fare follows the applicable cancellation policy. A pending refund is not a completed refund; bank processing time may apply.
Contact the concierge before purchase if any condition is unclear. The pilot in command retains final operational authority.
